2023 was a year of public outbursts and freakouts, but these ten lovely ladies did it better than all the rest. From "That [guy] is not real," to "Who's Yachts Are They?" here are our picks for the top 10 Karens of 2023.

When it comes to the Karen of the year, there is one contender that soars high above the rest of the field. In early July, a woman dressed in ripped jeans, a black tank top, and hoops, loudly exclaimed on an American Airlines flight to Orlando Florida that "Everyone can either believe it, or they cannot believe it, but I am telling you right now, that MFer back there is not real."

The clip went viral across all social media platforms, and the identity of the mysterious woman, and what she allegedly saw remained a mystery for weeks. Escaping any form of legal consequences, she seemed destined to remain a mystery until she was revealed as Tiffany Gomas, a Dallas-based marketing executive. 

While she has since backtracked on her outburst and states that she didn't see anything, try convincing the internet that something suspicious didn't happen on that plane. For that, Tiffany Gomas is eBaum's Karen of the Year in 2023.
